1. Information We Collect

• Account info: Your Apple ID email address and a unique user identifier, collected when you sign in with Apple.
• Goal data: Goals, action plans, milestones, and completion history you create in the App.
• Fitness-related goal data: If you create fitness goals, your entered fitness targets, constraints, and progress may be stored and processed to provide the App's functionality.
• Usage data: Streak counts, XP, and progress metrics stored locally and synced to our servers.
• Purchase history: Subscription status managed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not see your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize the App experience
• To generate AI-powered plans and coaching tips tailored to your goals
• To sync your data across devices
• To manage your subscription status

3. AI Processing

Your goal descriptions, answers, plan adjustment requests, task details, and coaching chat messages may be sent to our AI service provider, OpenAI, through our backend to generate personalized plans and responses. This data is processed to provide the App's functionality and is not used to train AI models.

Avoid entering sensitive medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical details. AI-generated plans are informational and may be inaccurate.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple Sign-In: Authentication
• Supabase: Data storage and authentication
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• OpenAI: AI plan generation (your goal data is sent for processing)

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, solely to provide the App's functionality.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data from the App's profile settings.

8. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion feature.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Tracking

We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
