By using LifeForge ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LifeForge is a goal-planning app that uses AI to generate personalized action plans. The App provides task scheduling, progress tracking, and coaching tips.

3. Account

You must sign in with Apple to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Subscriptions

• LifeForge offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Free trial periods, if offered, are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. AI-Generated Content

Plans and coaching tips are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, financial, legal, fitness, nutrition, or otherwise). Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions that could affect your health, finances, legal rights, or safety.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its content are owned by LifeForge. Plans generated for you are yours to use personally.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated plans will achieve any specific result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
